Omelette with liver and mushrooms.


  • Antifrypan 🍳
  • Spatula 
  • Bowl
  • Plate


  • Liver
  • White Mushrooms
  • Parsley
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Onion 
  • Carrots 
  • Yellow Peper 
  • White wine  (opt)-H2O (water)


  1. Cut all the veggies in thin slices.
  2. Mix with a whisk the eggs add  the seasoning.
  3. When the pan is hot, fry the veggies
  4. When they have a slight gold colour pour some white wine and wait to evaporate. mix well.
  5. Place the beated eggs.
  6. Make sure the eggs cover all the basis of the pan and the ingredients.
  7. When the omelette all around has a golden-brown colour and the texture is firm then you need to fly over-return the food in order to be cooked and to the other side. 
  8. You can use a big plate to turn it. Make sure that you have place little oil in order not the omelette stick to the plate..😂
  9. The omelette will rise a little; that’s good, we want that.
