- Yellow Peper
- White wine (opt)-H2O (water)
- Cut all the veggies in thin slices.
- Mix with a whisk the eggs add the seasoning.
- When the pan is hot, fry the veggies
- When they have a slight gold colour pour some white wine and wait to evaporate. mix well.
- Place the beated eggs.
- Make sure the eggs cover all the basis of the pan and the ingredients.
- When the omelette all around has a golden-brown colour and the texture is firm then you need to fly over-return the food in order to be cooked and to the other side.
- You can use a big plate to turn it. Make sure that you have place little oil in order not the omelette stick to the plate..😂
- The omelette will rise a little; that’s good, we want that.
