- “Briki” or else small pot to boil the water
- Small teaspoon(ts)
- Greek ground coffee
- Place water in the briki and add 1ts of coffee and 1ts of sugar(medium) and stir-just once.
- Leave the briki in the stove and wait till boil.
- You will notice just before boiling the walls at the briki where the coffee is to be little bit up. This is the moment when you need to be super cautious not to boil the coffee.
- Your coffeee is ready. If you want you can add consetrated milk.
